These terms apply to your use of CHIDELO. The app is intended for adults aged 18 and over. By using it, you agree to use it lawfully and only for personal journal and record-keeping purposes.
Not medical advice
CHIDELO is a personal journal and information-organizing tool. It does not diagnose, monitor, prevent, or treat a condition; recommend a medication or dose; or replace a healthcare professional. Do not use the app to make urgent or emergency decisions.
App license
Your license is personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and subject to these terms and the rules of the store where you obtained the app. If you downloaded CHIDELO from Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless a custom license is presented in the App Store listing.
You may not reverse engineer the app except where applicable law permits it, bypass security controls, or use it to infringe another person’s rights.
Your data and service availability
You are responsible for reviewing the accuracy of information you enter and for deciding what to export or share. Keep any exported report or backup secure.
We may update, change, or discontinue features, subject to applicable law. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
