Protect your privacy
Please do not email passwords, backup passwords, full reports, medication details, symptoms, or other health information. We will never ask for your Apple ID password or device passcode.
Data requests
For a question about a support email or a privacy request, use the same address and write “Privacy request” in the subject. Your journal stays on your device, so we cannot retrieve or delete it remotely.
